With extensive experience in sales and customer service management, she brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the MES team as the company continues its growth in the energy storage solutions sector.
Pratt joins MES from Tribal Manufacturing, Inc., where she served as Sales and Customer Service Manager and inside sales since December 2015. In these roles, she successfully led customer service operations across two manufacturing facilities, aligning strategies with organizational goals and enhancing communication between departments to improve operational efficiency. Additionally, her participation in ISO 9001 management reviews ensured compliance with industry quality standards.

In addition to her customer service expertise, Pratt brings a strong background in sales strategy, leadership, and operational analysis. Her experience managing quotes, customer relationships, and cross-functional teams will further enhance MES’s commitment to delivering exceptional service to its clients.
Pratt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Management and an Associate of Business Administration (ABA) with a focus on Accounting and Business Administration from Davenport University. She is well-versed in CRM software, sales automation tools, and various business technologies, which she plans to leverage to enhance customer interactions at MES.
