Over his career, he has held prominent leadership roles in companies such as Lithion Battery Inc., AYRO Inc., Lithium Werks, Valence Technology and AeroVironment. At Lithion Battery, he most recently served as Vice President of Product & Engineering, where he led teams that developed battery management systems and custom lithium-ion battery packs for various emerging markets.
Kohler holds a Master of Science in Executive Engineering Management from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University. In addition, his work has consistently bridged innovation and practical implementation, earning him a patent in novel battery design for rack systems and underscoring his innovative approach to solving complex engineering challenges.
